Thanks to 15 volunteers, 2 of which aren't even GRGC club members, the work day on the range was a huge success!
The target boards on the Main Range were replaced, the gongs going up the hill were painted and trash was picked up all over the range.
On the Gale Stiles Range stumps were cut off at ground level for safety, the old rotten spools destroyed, new spool tables were put in place, shoot house walls were recovered and trash was picked up.
On the ARA Range Match Directors covered target boards with cardboard, worked on target stands and picked up steel silhouette targets to be used in the new Rimfire Fun Match.
Match Directors met and advised Brian Lunty what could be thrown away in the garage and retrieved several swinging steel targets to be used in the Two Gun Match.
It was a great day for our club. The only thing that could make it better is if we can double the amount of volunteers present at the next work day which is Sunday June 16 at 9:00 AM.
